October is Michigan College Application Month

The month of October is a great time for students to be working on and submitting their college applications. If you are planning to apply to a Michigan college or university, use this opportunity to apply for FREE! See the document below for all free applications and specific dates and fee waiver codes for others.

HCCF Annual College & Career Fair

The Hillsdale County Community Foundation will be hosting their annual College & Career Fair on Monday, October 20th from 6-7:30pm at the Hillsdale College Searle Center. This event is a great way to connect with over 50 colleges and universities, local industry and business, as well as the armed forces.

Seniors should plan to attend and collect the HCCF 2026 Scholarship Book to start preparing for scholarship season. If you are unable to attend the event, Mrs. Bugbee will have copies of the booklet available in her office.

Financial Aid Presentation

On Tuesday, November 18th, a Financial Aid presentation was given to attending students and parents. During this presentation, information about types of financial aid, the FAFSA form, and next steps were discussed. The following presentation was given and can be reviewed as often as needed.
